We are an artist owned gallery, and feature the work of gallery owners Ernst Gruler, Ginnie Cappaert and Blair Vaughn-Gruler, along with work by Jeffie Brewer and Oliver Polzin.
As our gallery name suggests, the media/materials with which our artists work is intrinsic to each painting or sculpture. It's a theme, and a through-line, that carries through all the work in our collection.
As sculptor Richare Serra famously said, "the material of art is crucial to its meaning."
